These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 7bed platform — including all betting, casino gaming, card games, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and any other services provided at 7bed.club. 18+ Age Requirement

One Account Per Player

Definitions

- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 7bed is strictly an adult platform. Persons under 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager under any circumstances.
- Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under court-supervised guardianship may not register an account.
- Personal Registration: You must register the account in your own name, using your own valid identity documents. Registering on behalf of another person — whether a minor, a friend, or a family member — is strictly prohibited.
- Single Account: You may hold only one active account on the Platform at any time. If you previously held an account that was closed by 7bed for a violation of these Terms, you may not re-register without the express written permission of 7bed's compliance team.
- Self-Exclusion Status: If you have previously self-excluded from 7bed or from another gambling platform and that exclusion period remains active, you are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process, which requires the submission of a government-issued photo identity document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — that clearly shows the player's date of birth. Accounts are subject to a verification hold on withdrawals until KYC is successfully completed. 7bed may request KYC documentation at any point during the account's lifetime, including at the point of first withdrawal or when unusual activity is detected.

Account Registration and Security

Registration Process
To create a 7bed account, you must complete the registration form accurately and in full, providing your real full name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a password of your choice. The mobile number you provide must be a valid number registered in Bangladesh that you own and can verify. You may not use a temporary, disposable, or third-party number. All registration information must be truthful — providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at the point of registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Account Security Obligations
Once your account is created, you are solely and fully responsible for its security. Specifically:
- You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share it with any other person under any circumstances.
- You must not allow any other person — including a family member, friend, or agent — to access or use your 7bed account.
- You must log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
- You must notify 7bed immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
7bed will never ask you for your password by email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message purporting to be from 7bed that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
Account Verification (KYC)
All accounts are subject to identity verification before withdrawals are processed. The KYC process requires submission of:
- A clear, colour scan or photograph of a valid government-issued photo identity document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad wallet showing the account holder's name and mobile number).
KYC documents must be submitted via the account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. 7bed processes KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6). Until KYC is completed, withdrawals remain on hold. Account Accuracy
If any of your registered account details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update your account information promptly and notify the support team. 7bed is not liable for any failed payments or communications that result from outdated account details provided by the player.
Deposits and Withdrawals
How BDT funds are added to and removed from your 7bed account — transaction rules, limits, and processing times.
Deposits
7bed accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by 7bed as a platform policy, however individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits, and players are responsible for checking the applicable limits of their chosen payment method.
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to a player's 7bed account balance within seconds of the mobile wallet transfer being confirmed on the network. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard are typically credited within a few minutes, subject to the player's issuing bank processing time. 7bed does not charge any fee on deposits. If a payment provider deducts a transaction fee at their end, that fee is separate from and not refunded by 7bed.
All funds deposited into a 7bed account must originate from a payment method that is registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits — where a deposit is made from a payment account held in a name other than the registered 7bed account holder — are prohibited. Such deposits may be returned to source, and the account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests may be submitted once KYC verification has been completed. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment method supporting withdrawals. 7bed does not process withdrawals to payment methods not previously used for deposits on the same account.
Withdrawal requests submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) are typically processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the issuing bank. 7bed does not impose fees on withdrawals. Players may not withdraw any bonus funds that have not satisfied the applicable wagering requirements.
7bed reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a discrepancy between deposit and withdrawal details, or where the account is under a compliance review. In such cases, the withdrawal will be held pending completion of the review, and the player will be notified by email or support message.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The rules that govern how wagers are placed, settled, and reviewed on 7bed.
General Wagering Rules
All wagers placed on 7bed are final once confirmed. A bet that has been accepted and assigned a bet reference number cannot be cancelled, amended, or voided by the player after placement, except in circumstances explicitly covered by 7bed's voiding policy (see below). Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of every wager — including the selection, stake amount, and market type — before confirming placement.
Sports Betting
7bed offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are updated continuously for live markets. The following rules apply to all sports bets on 7bed:
- Abandoned Events: If a sports event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum required play has occurred, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to the player's account balance.
- Minimum Play Requirements: For cricket matches, a minimum of one full innings must be completed for match-result bets to stand. For specific market types (e.g., top batsman, total runs in an over), the relevant portion of the match must be completed for that market to be settled.
- Live Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during live events. Any bet placed during a suspension period will be automatically voided and the stake returned.
- Odds Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at an obviously erroneous price caused by a technical fault or data feed error, 7bed reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's balance. 7bed will notify affected players promptly.
Casino Games and Slots
Casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, Nine, and Callbreak — use certified random number generation to determine all outcomes. All results are final once a game round is completed and the outcome has been displayed to the player. In the event of a technical disconnection during a game round, the round result will be determined by the RNG seed generated at the start of that round, and the result will be applied when the player next logs in. 7bed is not liable for disconnections caused by the player's internet service provider or device.
Prohibited Practices
The following practices are strictly prohibited on 7bed and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of balances:
- Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place wagers.
- Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing anomalies in a systematic manner.
- Coordinating wagers across multiple accounts to guarantee profits irrespective of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
- Attempting to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion, or any other responsible gaming control.
- Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing wagers based on non-public information regarding the outcome of any event.
Bonuses and Promotions
How bonus funds, free bets, and promotional offers work on 7bed — and the wagering requirements that apply.
From time to time, 7bed offers promotional bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and other incentives to new and existing players. All promotions are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for the purposes of that promotion only.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. All bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement — meaning the player must wager the bonus amount (and in some cases the bonus plus the qualifying deposit amount) a specified number of times before the bonus converts to withdrawable real-money balance. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and time limit for each promotion are stated in that promotion's specific terms. Where no specific wagering requirement is stated for a promotion, a default wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount applies.
Bonus Abuse
7bed monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, placing low-risk or hedged wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their accounts reviewed and may face permanent closure.
Bonus Expiry
Bonus funds that are not fully wagered within the stated time limit will expire and be removed from the player's account automatically. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated. Real-money balance in the account at the time of bonus expiry is not affected.
Responsible Gaming
7bed's commitments and your rights regarding responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion, and player protection.

Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable leisure activity for adults. 7bed acknowledges that a minority of players may develop problematic gambling behaviour and has built a suite of responsible gaming tools directly into the platform to help players stay in control of their activity.
Available Responsible Gaming Tools
- Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Deposit limits may be lowered at any time and take effect without delay. Requests to raise a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
- Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once the loss limit is reached, further wagering is prevented until the limit period resets or the player submits a formal request to adjust the limit (subject to the same cooling-off period as deposit limit increases).
- Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum continuous session length, after which they will be automatically logged out. This tool is particularly useful for players who want to manage the time they spend on the Platform.
- Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that their gambling is becoming a problem may request immediate self-exclusion by emailing [email protected] at any time, 24 hours a day. Self-exclusion takes effect within minutes of the request being processed. Self-excluded players cannot log in, cannot receive promotional communications, and cannot re-register a new account during the exclusion period. Exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure.
Player Protection
7bed strictly enforces the 18+ age restriction as both a legal and ethical obligation. Players who appear to be under 18 based on submitted documentation are permanently rejected from the Platform. 7bed does not market its services to underage persons and does not use imagery, language, or promotional themes that could be considered appealing to minors. All marketing communications from 7bed are directed exclusively at adults who have expressly opted into receiving them.
Account Closure and Suspension
Circumstances under which 7bed may close or suspend an account, and how players may close their own account.
Voluntary Account Closure by Player
Any player may close their 7bed account at any time by submitting a written closure request to [email protected]. Before closure is finalised, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus funds that have not satisfied wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited. Account closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt during Bangladesh Standard Time.
Suspension and Closure by 7bed
7bed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The player has provided false, fraudulent, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- The player has opened more than one account on the Platform.
- The player's account shows evidence of fraud, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or any other prohibited practice as set out in these Terms.
- The player has engaged in bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of Platform features.
- The player has issued an unjustified chargeback via their payment provider.
- 7bed is required to close the account by applicable law, court order, or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Where an account is closed by 7bed due to a confirmed violation of these Terms, any real-money balance may be forfeited at 7bed's discretion, and the player will be notified of the reason for closure by email where it is lawful to do so.
Amendments to Terms
7bed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via a notice posted on the Platform or by direct communication to the registered account email or mobile number. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes the player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must close their account before the effective date of the amendment.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved informally through 7bed's support team will be subject to the jurisdiction agreed upon in writing between the parties or, in the absence of such agreement, the jurisdiction applicable to the player's country of residence. For players in Bangladesh, 7bed undertakes to engage in good-faith mediation before any formal dispute process is initiated.
